1. When will my order ship?

Due to the handmade nature of my items, all items are made by hand by me and will be shipped in approximately 3-14 days. Pre ordered items take longer with a turnaround of 2-5 weeks.

Pre sale;

Occasionally, an item will be made available first by pre order. This allows you to reserve your order. Estimated shipping time is around 2-5  weeks for all pre sale items.

 Should you have an item in your order that is a pre-sale item, your order will wait to be shipped together, once the entire order is able to be filled.

We ship everything USPS first class. Orders will be shipped within 3-14 days after confirmation that payment(s) have cleared. 

Please make sure that you entered the correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for shipments that have been misdirected due to incorrect address entry at checkout.

Kait + kids is not responsible for packages after they are sent and therefore is not responsible for lost or stolen packages

International shipping

International shipping can take anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks.

 Occasionally a package may be lost in transit. We do not accept responsibility for lost or stolen items once they are shipped.

    We do not offer returns or exchanges. If your item is damaged upon delivery please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will do our best to quickly resolve any issues. 

    2. How can I find out the status of my order?

    If you'd like to know the status of your order please use the contact button, featured at the top of the page. When inquiring about your order, please send me details such as your name, order number, and the date you ordered and I will get back to you as quickly as possible.

    3. What is your refund policy?

    We do not offer returns or exchanges. If any item is damaged please contact me within 7 days of receipt and I will do my best to quickly resolve any issues.

    Kait and Kids Is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages after they are shipped.

     4. Can i cancel my order? 

    Yes, as long as your order hasn't left our facility. You can cancel your order at any time. There will be a 25% restocking fee to restock any canceled order.
